Only this recipe is healthier, lighter and has more protiën, so you can enjoy as much as you would like!

I used to miss rach dressing here in the Netherlands, the ”ranch” dressing you can buy in the store here just doesn’t hit the spot. This dressing is tangy, creamy and fresh!

Enjoy this recipe from anywhere in the world!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup skimmed milk
  • 1 cup fat free greek yoghurt
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice (you can use store baught aswell)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh packed dill
  • 1 tsp fresh packed parsley
  • 1 tsp fresh packed chives
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • dash freshly ground salt and pepper

Method

  1. combine and mix all the wet ingriedients.
  2. chop up the fresh herbs, and measure accordingly.
  3. add the herbs and spices to the already combined wet ingredients.
  4. And that’s it! use direclty or set in de fridge for the flavours to combine for a even better taste!

Brynn’s tips

For this recipe you can also use dried herbs, just halve the amount to be used.
