This is a delicious appetizer, it has all the good stuf! bread, cheese an garlic, what's not to love?

Ingrediënten
  • 1 sourdough baguette
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh tyme
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh sage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded gouda
Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 200C

    Add the butter and herbs to a bowl, mix until well combined and slightly 'fluffy'

    Slice the baguette diagonally, both ways to get little diamond like shapes.

    Add the garlic butter, add it everywhere possilble.

    Once the butter is on and in the baguette, mix the cheeses and add them on and in the bread.

    Now place on a baking tray and place in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.
