This is great sauce, especcially for burgers but you couls use it on sandwiches, as a dip or even on de wrap! this is a knock off Big Mac sauce.

Ingrediënten
  • 1/2 cups mayonaise (check out the recipe for homemade mayonnaise!)
  • 1/4 cups ketchup
  • 2 tbsp finley minced onion
  • 2 tbsp diced pickles
  • 1 tsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp musterd
  • 1/2 tsp sweet smoked paprika powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 garlic powder garlic powder
  • black pepper to taste
Instructions

    Burger sauceChop up the onion and pickles, measure and mix everything together. Let sit in the fridge for at lest 30 minutes for the best results.
    Tip; if you want to make it a salad dressing add ¼ cup buttermilk or normal milk.
