Stuffed Mushrooms
These stuffed mushrooms are great as an appetizer for but they also make for a great snack!

Preheat the oven to 220C

Grease a baking dish/tray large enoupgh to fit 24 mushrooms
-
Rinse and drain mushrooms. Remove stems and reserve the cap. Chop enough of the stems to about one cup
-
Make sure the boursin and cream cheese are at room temperature before mixing
-
Add the green onion, boursin, cream cheese, shredded mozarella, mushroom stems, salt, and pepper in de medium bowl and mix well
-
Now scoop the mixture in to the mushrooms and arrange in the baking dish
-
Once filled and arranged, sprinkle the aged/old cheese over the mushrooms
-
Place into the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until filling is bubbly, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving
