Homemade mayonnaise
This is one of the best basics for most of the sauces you make at home, also this is great for on sandwiches or as a dip by itself!

Homemade mayonnaise
Instructions

In a tall measuring cup, add 1 cup of the oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, mustard salt and the egg.

Now put youre in the measuring cup, make sure the blender is up right and is firmly touching the bottom of the cup.

Turn the blender on on a medium/high setting, keep the blender in contact with the bottom of the cup, you should see the mayonnaise forming.

Once it’s becoming mayonnaise you can slowly pull the blender upwords until the oil is completely combined.

Once combined taste and add more salt/lemon juice if needed. Do you like youre mayonnaise a little thicker? Or are you using it to make another sauce? Then add the additional ¼ cup of oil and blend again until combined.

Keep in the fridge for up to 7 days.
